Grande Auditório, Campus NOVA SBE, Carcavelos (Portugal)

Full in-person capacity!

The decarbonisation of urban mobility is one of the greatest challenges of the energy transition and requires decisions grounded in evidence. Following the reflection held in July on the public policies that are transforming cities across different geographies, Fundación Repsol and NOVA SBE now present the findings of a study aimed at identifying practical pathways to accelerate the transition in Portugal and Spain.

Drawing on an analysis of international evidence and the Iberian context, the study sets out recommendations for public decision-makers, businesses and other stakeholders within the mobility ecosystem, contributing to an informed debate on the policies and instruments capable of promoting more sustainable, competitive and accessible mobility.

More than simply presenting its conclusions, this event seeks to create a forum for dialogue between academia, the business sector and public institutions, encouraging discussion of practical solutions to accelerate the decarbonisation of cities and support the development of more effective public policies.
