Full in-person capacity!

The steel industry plays a key role in the economy and in the transition toward more sustainable production models. It is an energy- and emissions-intensive sector, but one with significant potential for reduction through various measures, such as the electrification of processes, the use of renewable hydrogen, improved energy efficiency, and increased steel recycling.

The Repsol Foundation Chair at Comillas Pontifical University and the Union of Steel Companies (UNESID) are organizing this webinar to analyze how the sector can capitalize on these opportunities and advance its decarbonization process, addressing technological, regulatory, and competitiveness challenges.
