Full in-person capacity!

Europe is facing the challenge of responding to an increasingly complex economic, geopolitical and social environment. US economic populism, its trade policy and global tensions are putting European competitiveness to the test and require the strengthening of three fundamental pillars: decarbonisation, reindustrialisation and economic security.

The main challenge in the coming years will be how to continue advancing the 2030 decarbonisation agenda while safeguarding European industrial competitiveness and promoting social cohesion.

The link between energy and geopolitics is becoming increasingly evident. Europe’s energy dependence confirms that the Green Deal is an essential strategic and competitiveness priority in a context of international rivalry.

This new edition of the Funseam International Business Symposium will analyse how Europe is addressing these challenges through a comprehensive energy, industry and climate policy. The objectives of climate neutrality and strengthening industrial competitiveness will be examined, as well as the pillars of the strategy that will drive the structural transformation of the economy and its relationship with geopolitical risks.

As usual, the key players in this transformation will take part, contributing their vision and experience and thereby enriching the energy debate.
