Industry, the engine of the global economy, is undergoing a profound transformation in response to the challenges that must be addressed in a global context. In this scenario, the inclusion of women in strategic roles is not only an ethical imperative but also an opportunity for innovation and sustainable growth.
This 2nd edition of the event “Women in Industry” aims to be a space for reflection and action, recognising the importance of empowering female talent in the industrial sector and highlighting the contribution of women to industry.
Furthermore, through this initiative, the intention is to inspire companies to take concrete steps to promote gender equality in order to lead and transform this sector.
