By 2050, the EU aims to be climate neutral, meaning it will emit no net GHGs. This will require a major transformation of the EU economy, moving away from fossil fuels and towards clean energy sources. The private sector will be  essential for this transformation.

The aim of this event is to debate the role of the private sector in the decarbonisation of the EU.
