Industry and academia: technology for energy transition

On April 26, this event was held to give visibility to the importance of collaboration between industry and academia to drive the energy transition roadmap through technological development. Technology as a point of connection between the private sector and the University to advance in decarbonization. The energy transition must be undertaken in the shortest possible time and at the lowest cost for society, therefore, it is necessary to have all the available technologies, in addition to establishing the most innovative and disruptive ways of working to address the risk involved in the development of new technologies.

In this sense, universities have a very relevant role to contribute to these scientific and technological challenges and collaboration with industry is key to accelerate the achievement of the goals set for 2030 and 2050.
